Membership
You must be at least 16 and live in Canada or the United States. Membership and project publication require founder approval. Provide accurate application information and keep your sign-in access private.
Material and conduct
Share only recordings, samples, artwork, and other material you have permission to use. Do not post another person’s private information or material that violates their rights. Treat collaborators respectfully. Email the founder about concerns or exceptions. The founder may pause an account or project while addressing misuse or a serious collaboration issue.
Collaboration
A project poster chooses one interested collaborator. Before private files are shared, both people confirm the same version of the scope, deliverables, timing, revision count, payment arrangement, intended use, and portfolio permission. Changes need both people’s confirmation. The poster reviews delivery and may request the agreed revisions or accept it.
Payments and rights
Paid and unpaid projects are allowed. Participants arrange payment directly; prodnoia does not collect funds or guarantee payment. Completing a collaboration does not itself transfer copyright, grant a release license, or allow portfolio use. Record any ownership, splits, credits, release, or further-use permissions you need in a separate clear agreement.
Files and account closure
Workspace downloads require a participant session, but downloaded copies cannot be recalled. If a member requests verified account deletion, their access, profile, messages, and uploads are removed. The other participant retains their own work in a read-only workspace with limited structured history. See the privacy notice for details.
