Who operates prodnoia
Sayeem Mahfuz operates this closed pilot as an individual. Email sayeem.m@hotmail.com for privacy questions, access or correction requests, or account and uploaded-file deletion.
Who can join
The pilot is for approved members aged 16 or older in Canada and the United States. We ask for country and age range to check eligibility. Those fields are not shown on member profiles.
What we collect and why
Auth0 handles email-code sign-in. Prodnoia stores your email, identity reference and login session so you can access the site. We store your application and profile details, work link, project briefs and audio previews, expressions of interest, collaboration terms and messages, delivery feedback, and uploaded files so members can find and complete collaborations. The founder uses review notes to approve applications and projects and handle pilot issues.
Who can see it
The founder reviews applications and project submissions. Approved members can see approved profiles and published project briefs and previews. Only the two selected participants can open a private collaboration workspace or download its files. A recipient may keep a copy of a file they downloaded; prodnoia cannot recall it.
Service providers and location
Cloudflare hosts the website, database, and private file storage. Auth0 supplies authentication and sends sign-in messages through its configured email provider. These services may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Expired login sessions and sign-in transactions are removed automatically. Other pilot records, including rejected applications and completed workspaces, have no fixed automatic expiry today. We keep them while needed to administer the pilot and preserve members’ collaboration history, and review that need as the pilot develops. You can request deletion at any time.
Account and file deletion
Email the founder from the address on your account. After verifying the request, Sayeem will handle it manually within 30 days. The process removes your account access, profile, messages you sent, and files and previews you uploaded. A shared workspace becomes read-only; the other member keeps their own messages, uploaded files, and a reduced record of structured terms and delivery decisions. Free-text terms are removed. We review any remaining text for personal details about you. Copies already downloaded by someone else cannot be recalled. A legal or unresolved dispute may require a narrower retention decision, which we will explain to you.
Security and changes
Private files require a participant session to download. Site access is checked on each workspace request. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact the founder promptly if you believe material was exposed or misused. We will post material changes to this notice here before they take effect.
